The Wesley Community Centre has a vision to embody the love of Christ here in the center of the city. We understand the verse in First Corinthians 12:26 “If one part of the body suffers, the whole body shares its pain,” to mean that we—the body of the church—collectively are suffering, and together we must work towards healing and transformation. The church, with other inner city faith-based organizations, is dedicated to be on the front line helping to mitigate suffering, grief and the spread of HIV/AIDS.
