Counselling is the most important part os VCT (Voluntary Counselling and Testing). During counselling you are welcome to share your concerns, fears, anxieties, etc. with the counsellor who will maintain confidentiality.

Aside from VCT, where one receives the HIV test and results, there are also other forms of support that Mahube offers.

Support Group- The HIV/AIDS support group is open to anyone infected and/or affected by HIV. During the support group people can share joys, concerns, woes, fears, or just regular daily life stories. The support group is a place for people to find a network of others who care for each other and walk through the journey of life with each other.
Support group meets on Tuesdays from 4:00pm-5:30 and on Thursdays from 5:00pm-6:30. Call Mahube for more information.

Pastoral Counseling- Sometimes people just feel like they need an extra boost of support. Pastoral counselors are available to sit with people and listen. Call (012) 322-7428 to set up an appointment.
